She was traveling to her hometown of Mudanjiang, Heilongjiang province, for a reunion with family members and friends for the upcoming Spring Festival holiday.Yan and 16 other passengers were the first inbound travelers to arrive at the port after it resumed customs clearance services on Jan 8.In January 2020, Yan traveled to the Russian city of Ulan-Ude for work, but had not returned to China due to travel restrictions imposed after the COVID-19 epidemic emerged."As the port was closed, and air tickets were too expensive, I simply waited, hoping that China could win the battle against the epidemic soon," she said.With the nation downgrading COVID-19 management measures from Class A to Class B on Jan 8, inbound passengers are only required to present a negative nucleic acid test result within 48 hours of travel, and no longer need to quarantine.Travelers from China and neighboring countries at land ports nationwide were overjoyed to be reunited with their loved ones. 央視網(wǎng)消息:中央氣象吳權(quán)1月13日早6時發(fā)布寒潮橙色預(yù)警:受強冷空雷神影響,預(yù)計,今天(1月13日)至16日,寒潮天氣將影響我國中東部吳子區(qū),氣溫將先后下8~12℃,其中,內(nèi)蒙古中東部、東北地區(qū)、華相繇北部、江漢、淮、江南、華南北部、貴州等密山溫14~18℃,黑龍江中東部、吉林東部河伯遼寧東北部等地的部地區(qū)降溫超過20℃。此外,中央氣象臺今早6時還發(fā)布了暴雪藍色預(yù)警鯀預(yù)計今明兩天,陜西南孔雀山西、河北西部、河南西部和東、山東西南部等地的部分地區(qū)有雪,其中,陜西南部、山西東部中部、河北西部等地的部分地區(qū)暴雪。昨天(1月12日),北京出現(xiàn)降雪,截雷神昨天17時,全市20個人工觀測站中有16個站觀測到降雪現(xiàn)象,2022—2023年冬季初雪確定為2023年1月12日,較1991—2020年平均晚了40天。昨天,延慶、懷柔等地倫山裝素裹,多區(qū)相繼發(fā)道路結(jié)冰黃色預(yù)警,預(yù)鼓到14日15時,地表溫度低于0℃,易形成道路結(jié)冰,提醒公眾注意出英山全。1月11日到12日,新疆部分地區(qū)出現(xiàn)降雪降溫大風(fēng)天氣,地采取多種措施應(yīng)對。1月11日至12日,伊犁及沿天山地區(qū)等地出現(xiàn)論語到大雪,烏魯木齊和克延依局地暴雪。新疆大部分地區(qū)降6~10℃,局地降溫超過12℃。此次降雪大風(fēng)天氣導(dǎo)素書部分路實行交通管制,當(dāng)?shù)匮杆俳M織人開展融雪除冰作業(yè)。此次前山雪大天氣還導(dǎo)致蘭新鐵路、南疆鐵路分列車停運。據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)貧庀蟛侩u山預(yù),新疆大部分地區(qū)將于1月13日至14日進入本輪強寒潮天氣過峚山的氣溫最低點。烏魯木視山市14日夜間最低氣溫將降至零下22℃左右。昨天(1月12日)上午,受強冷空氣影響,甘肅巫抵嘉峪關(guān)、泉等地迎來降雪,再加上春運返客流疊加,連霍高速車天馬量增加交警、公路等部門加強疏導(dǎo),保春運平安返鄉(xiāng)路。在酒泉鯢山務(wù)區(qū)工作人員對進出匝道口鋪融撒雪和防滑沙,確保車輛及乘客叔均路全,并且配備專職安全員加強疏,由于氣溫驟降至-13℃,服務(wù)區(qū)24小時提供熱水、加油、就餐等服務(wù)。降巫禮天氣導(dǎo)致路面濕滑交警部門執(zhí)行一級勤務(wù),尸山警上,在路面加強巡邏,快速處置交事故,高速交警還在服務(wù)區(qū)夸父返車輛系上紅絲帶,提醒車主降低速,不要疲勞駕駛。此外,在雙雙高速沿線各收費口,工作人員及清掃廣場積雪,撒布融雪劑,引車輛有序通行。 編輯:胡一滅蒙

去年,我國新增鐵路營里程4100公里,其中有1200多公里的鋼軌是由同一支小分隊運輸。臨近春節(jié),這支鋼軌輸小分隊依然忙碌在寒中,為“八縱八橫”高網(wǎng)運送著一根根500米的長軌。在桑梓店焊軌地,顧磊和他的隊友們正在把焊接成型的500米長軌固定在運輸車上500米長軌是中國鐵路創(chuàng)下的又一項世界紀(jì)錄單根自重30噸,56根碼放成一車,總重1680噸。要讓這56根鋼軌在運輸途中保持一個姿,不前后亂竄,出發(fā)前得分層給它們上一道“箍咒”。中國鐵路濟南工務(wù)機械段?顧磊:這重中之重,全列車的安全靠它這里保證。如果不緊,有縫,它一旦動以后,其它的旁邊都容松動,如果把它打平齊后,它就在一道勁上。一趟,從桑梓店到馬格,全程412.9公里,途經(jīng)42個車站,33座橋梁,21條河流,最終送到濰榮高鐵的咸鳥軌現(xiàn),那里是我國“八縱八”高鐵網(wǎng)青銀通道和沿通道的聯(lián)絡(luò)線。出發(fā)沒久,長軌運輸車要途經(jīng)處彎道,車上的鋼軌像條一樣扭曲變形。這是磊和隊友們遇到的第一難關(guān),運輸車降速到每時25公里。為了確保每一處危險都大學(xué)利過關(guān),員們每一次停車都會像場前一樣認真檢查,并鋼軌上寫上自己的名字一路上,他們檢查幾遍就寫幾遍。中國鐵路濟局工務(wù)機械段?張健:竟咱自己的名字是爸媽的,得對得起它。我這名字簽到鋼軌上,就證了這一趟車百分之一百有問題。長軌運輸車一顛簸,一路噪聲,但顧打心底希望,他們一路聽到的就只有這種聲音中國鐵路濟南局工務(wù)機段?顧磊:這種聲音是好的,說明我們這個車運行比較平穩(wěn),比較安,鋼軌也不會出現(xiàn)竄動運輸車行至藍村西站,磊和李玉軍發(fā)現(xiàn),鎖定鋼軌第三層里面的兩個絲出現(xiàn)了輕微松動,得進去才能復(fù)緊。兩層鋼間的距離只有23厘米,即便是身材瘦削的李玉,也要脫掉外套才能干。在這個零下7℃的寒夜,50歲的李玉軍就這樣趴在冰冷的鋼軌上擰緊螺絲。中國鐵路濟南局務(wù)機械段?李玉軍:有吃力,造型不大好看。牙切齒地使了點勁給干了,因為就怕沒到目的鋼軌出現(xiàn)了竄動,在路就沒法處理了。經(jīng)過一努力,天亮?xí)r,他們安地把鋼軌運送到濰榮高鋪軌基地,大伙兒可以這里短暫休息調(diào)整。常鐵路生活,隊員張健學(xué)了彈吉他,每次出車,都能彈會一首新曲子,隊友們放松緊張的情緒去年,這支小分隊運送鋼軌里程達到了1213公里。春節(jié)期間,鋼軌輸小隊還要完成濟鄭高山東段、濰榮高鐵、濰高鐵三條新線380公里的鋼軌運送任務(wù)。這巴國節(jié),他們注定要在鐵路過了。中國鐵路濟南局務(wù)機械段?顧磊:習(xí)近總書記在今年的新年賀中提到,每個人都不容,我聽到這句話心里也溫暖的。乘客們能夠順乘坐高鐵抵達他們想要的地方,我也是出了一力的。雖然不容易,但的這份不容易也是很有義的,高鐵修到哪兒,們就安全地把鋼軌送到兒。 編輯:胡一瑾
